My fiancé and I decided after a few years together that we were ready to purchase a home.
With rates at an all-time low and the deals to be had out there, we just couldn't say no any longer.
My fiancé had used Mike Hauer's services on a previous property she had purchased. Having met Mike then and seeing firsthand that he was a very honest and upfront, no 'bs' type guy, there was no question of who to call when we started looking at new homes.
Throughout the process Mike was very helpful and very patient. Considering how picky we were in the house hunt I would have imagined most realtors would have ran for the hills. Mike just kept researching properties for us and after many, many homes he finally put together something that fit all of our needs and was instrumental in negotiating for us.

Mike worked hard to sell my condo. He gave good advice on preparing it to sell. Mike had good communication throughout the process, from feedback from the showings to getting the deal closed.

"Buying your first home is not easy, especially when it's in a city you've just moved to and are unfamiliar with. This is the task my wife and I were faced with.
